These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Blackbart mobile application ("the App") operated by Blackbart ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
The App offers subscription plans:
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions through Google Play.
New users receive a 30-day free trial. After the trial expires, a subscription is required for continued access. You will not be charged unless you actively subscribe.
By using the App, you agree that your catch data will be aggregated at the zone level to power community features (hot zones, trending species, leaderboards, and ML predictions). Your exact GPS coordinates are never shared. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The App provides AI-powered fishing predictions and advice for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee fishing success. Predictions are based on environmental data and community patterns and may not reflect actual conditions. Always follow local fishing regulations and safety guidelines. You are solely responsible for verifying regulations, obtaining required licenses, and fishing safely.
The App, including its code, design, ML models, and content, is owned by Blackbart and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your catch data and photos remain yours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackbart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
